Fellow Musicians
Bedlam Bards
The Bedlam Bards rock!! We've known Hawke for a few years now and, we finally met Cedric when they came up to Gig Harbor this year. Not only are they great musicians but, they are funny as hell to boot. You'll laugh till you soil yourself!

Forgotten Celts
We're around these guys so much that many people get our bands confused. Typically, wherever we both play, there will be a jam session afterwards. One of the newest additions is Rich's wife, Heather.

Fish House Music
Our good friends Kevin and Laura. If you want to hear good traditional music, check them out. You can buy Kevin's book of tunes on this site as well (a must have for anyone who wants to learn to play Irish music)

Celtograss
Dan is a great fingerstyle guitarist who sometimes comes out to our session on Thursdays. He plays quite a bit around Seattle so, check him out if you have a chance.

Heather Alexander
We often find ourselves playing right before Heather at the faire which means we can have a fun jam before she takes over the stage. It's always a blast to jam with her and then to try to time how far into her show she gets before someone requests "March of Cambreadth"

Erin McNamee
Erin is a wonderful vocalist who we met when she was in a band called "Siren Song". She gives voice lessons folks so, if you're wanting to do some singing, you might want to contact her. There are a few MP3s on her website. Sadly, she didn't record "Who threw the Overalls in Mrs. Murphy's Chowder" ... Oh well, check out "Suil a Ruin"

Faires and Events
Washington Renaissance Fantasy Faire
One of the major renaissance faires of the Pacific Northwest and the "Home faire" for BOWI. BOWI played their first show here.

Bristol Renaissance Faire
A great faire in the midwest. We have not played there but, there are some great acts and some of the best shopping you will find.

Silver Leaf Renaissance Faire
Site of a record setting string breaking fiasco in 2003 for BOWI. We had a blast playing on our 5 string guitars and 3 string fiddles.

RingCon
A chance to meet your favorite stars of the Lord of the Rings Trilogy and hear BOWI on the same weekend. How can you go wrong?

Glastonbury Faire
A wonderful little faire tucked away on the coast of Oregon. Best faire for camping so far since it's in a state park right off the beach.

Port Angeles Faire
For a first year faire, this one really rocked. Can't wait to see what it will look like in a few years!

Pubs and Resturaunts
The Giant's Causeway
A great pub in downtown Renton. BOWI played a rowdy Paddy's Day there in 2004.

Celtic Swell
A great new Irish pub and resturaunt on Alki beach. You'll usually find us there on Monday nights at the Irish Session

Irish Music
The Session
Still our favorite place to find new tunes. A huge archive of Irish music

O'Neill's
The famous O'Neill's archive is online!

ABC Tune Finder
Kinda like the google of tunes. If you know the name of the tune and want to find it, go here.

Misc
Tinderbox Productions
BOWI recorded their first two CD's at Tinderbox Studios. The rates there are very affordable and Jamie really knows his stuff.

Top of the Hill Music
We retreated to the backwoods of Duvall for a few weekends to record our 3rd CD at Top of the Hill. We're looking forward to seeing the new studio when it is finished being built.
